Memberships and subscriptions
When paid memberships are enabled, billing details will be shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting us.
Products
If physical products are offered, return and refund eligibility (timelines, condition requirements, and shipping responsibilities) will be provided at the time of purchase or on product pages.
Class bookings
If refunds for class bookings are offered, the policy (deadlines, fees, or credits) will be displayed during booking.
How to request a refund
